I love it so much because every square is different, and there are a lot of skills involved in knitting the blanket that I will get to learn as I go: Fair Isle, Intarsia, different types of lace, embroidery, duplicate stitch, reading charts and more.
I have finished the first 2 squares.

This is the first square, #36, the basketweave square. Knitted with Bendigo Woollen Mills 8 ply luxury on 4.5mm needles in "Ruby"

This is the second square, #21, the cross stitch lace square. Knitted with Bendigo Woollen Mills 8 ply luxury on 4.5mm needles in "Ruby"
